2024-07-17

How to choose a thermos cup? What are the tips for buying a stainless steel thermos cup? What are the tips for choosing a stainless steel thermos cup? A good stainless steel thermos cup can accompany us through spring, summer, autumn and winter, because it can better keep warm and cold. A good vacuum thermos cup can keep warm and cold for more than 6 hours, but how to choose a good thermos cup?

A vacuum thermos cup is generally a water container made of stainless steel and a vacuum layer. It has a lid on the top and is tightly sealed. The vacuum insulation layer can delay the heat dissipation of the water and other liquids inside to achieve the purpose of heat preservation.

First, look at the appearance of the cup.

First, see whether the surface polishing of the inner and outer liner is uniform and consistent, and whether there are bruises and scratches;

Second, see whether the mouth welding is smooth and consistent, which is related to whether it feels comfortable when drinking water;

Third, see whether the quality of plastic parts is poor, which will not only affect the service life, but also affect the hygiene of drinking water;

Fourth, see whether the internal seal is tight, whether the screw plug and the cup body are suitable, whether it can be screwed in and out freely, and whether there is water leakage.

Industry insiders suggest that the focus should be on the thermal insulation performance of the liner structure, the sealing degree between the cup lid and the bottle body, whether the material releases harmful substances, etc., which can be identified by three specific methods.

1. Identification of thermal insulation of the liner This is the main technical indicator of the thermos cup. After filling it with boiling water, tighten the bottle stopper or cup lid clockwise, and touch the outer surface and lower part of the cup body with your hand after 2-3 minutes. If the cup body and the upper part of the cup body are obviously warm, it means that the liner has lost its vacuum degree and cannot achieve a good thermal insulation effect.

2. Identification of sealing performance Fill a cup of water and turn it upside down for four or five minutes, tighten the lid, and place the cup flat on the table, or shake it a few times. If there is no leakage, it means that the sealing performance is good; in addition, check whether the screwing of the cup lid and the cup mouth is flexible and whether there is a gap.

3. Identification of the environmental friendliness of accessories The environmental friendliness of plastic accessories is also a problem worthy of attention. It can be identified by smell. If the cup is made of food-grade plastic, it will have less odor, bright surface, no burrs, long service life and not easy to age. Ordinary plastic or recycled plastic will have a strong odor, dark color, many burrs, and the plastic will age easily and break easily.
